Terms & Conditions

Arrival and departure: booking is from Saturday to Saturday. In order to prepare the cottages between guests, we ask that you arrive after 4pm and leave by 10.00am on your departure date unless previously arranged.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per cottage per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday date. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer – bank details on request.

Following your booking, in the unlikely event of your cottage(s) becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, every effort will be made to provide an alternative accommodation or a complete refund will be paid including the deposit.

If you have to cancel please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to re-let the cottage(s) and return your payment. If this is not possible, all monies which have been paid will be forfeited. Therefore, a CANCELLATION PROTECTION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

The Owners reserve the right to have access to the cottages at all reasonable times, with prior notice whenever possible.

Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended in the house at any time.

The Owners cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage our guests property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars parked a guest’s risk.

The number of persons occupying the cottages must not exceed that has been agreed at the time of booking.

The Owners endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. Our Guests must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found.

The Owners reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage howsoever caused.
