Self catering holiday cottages, Altdarroch Farm, Fort William, Scotland

The spacious living rooms are well furnished and have comfortable sofas which are ideal for relaxing after a tiring day out. Both have an open fire and a television, the perfect combination to relax to at the end of the day.

The two cottages in Altdarroch also each have a south facing sun lounge with panoramic views and each can be used as a dining room also. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains and Loch Eil, which is immediately opposite the cottages.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms in each cottage: a double, twin and a family room. The bedrooms are tastefully finished with pine panelling. Each cottage has a bathroom with overhead shower, as well as a separate shower room.

One cottage sleeps up to 7 persons, the other up to 9.

Large Groups There is a dividing door between the two cottages which is normally kept locked. However, this enables us to open up both cottages as one, which can then sleep up to 16 people.

The Lodge
"The Lodge overlooking Loch Eil" is a detached wooden lodge of modern but tasteful construction. As its name suggests, it commands a superb location set in the trees with views over beautiful Loch Eil.

The Lodge has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, making it ideal for a small family. The large bathroom has a bath, or if you prefer to use it, an electric shower. The spacious living area encompasses a lounge with comfortable seating, a dining room and a well fitted kitchen with laundry facilities.

Prices

The cottages are available for rent throughout the year and prices vary according to season. For the Lodge, weekly prices range from £200 - £300 in the low season from £300 - £475 in the high season.
For Altdarroch Cottages, prices range from £250 - £350 in the low season and from £350 to £600 in the high season.
Low Season: 1st October - 30th April
High Season: 1st May - 30th September and Bank Holiday weeks

Deposit: Once a booking has been confirmed with us, we require a deposit of £100. The balance is then due 30 days before the commencement of the booking.

Electricity is charged by a meter. We would request that on departure you leave £20 per week's stay towards the cost of electricity used.

Dogs are welcome but please inform us in advance. There is a charge of £15 per week.
